Runs on Adult Websites
Esperanto

Yeah, someone has submitted a run with a link to pornhub. I personally don't care, as I'm an adult and what not. But, I dunno, seemed like I should check to make sure that was an acceptable thing, or if I should request the runner upload their time to an alternative.

Thanks.

Isn’t it literally illegal to direct minors to explicit adult content? I’m pretty sure the USA at least has certain laws and regulations that says it is illegal to distribute sexually explicit material to a minor on the internet or to use the internet to deceive a minor into viewing content like that. I’m pretty sure that given the age demographic on this site having a significant part of its users to be minors, submitting a video link like that could be argued as illegal in the USA at least according to those laws and statutes. If you want to get detailed, from the DOJ website
There are also laws to protect children from obscene or harmful material on the Internet. For one, federal law prohibits the use of misleading domain names, words, or digital images on the Internet with intent to deceive a minor into viewing harmful or obscene material (See 18 U.S.C. §§ 2252B, 2252C). It is illegal for an individual to knowingly use interactive computer services to display obscenity in a manner that makes it available to a minor less than 18 years of age (See 47 U.S.C. § 223(d) –Communications Decency Act of 1996, as amended by the PROTECT Act of 2003).
So my stance is that submitting runs on a site like that should definitely be banned on the site. Just for moral reasons if not the legal ones.

Who the hell even thinks, "Yes. I just got a new PB. I should upload this to PornHub." ... Now that I've said that, I feel like I remember hearing that someone did that but they at least also put it on YT and used that link to submit.

Yeah, I checked the user's page, and have no other runs submitted that I can tell. I haven't even checked the run since I knew I'd probably end up telling to resubmit anyways; so possible the run is legit, and the user is knew and vaguely trolling; or I'm just entirely being trolled.

Hmm, the top run of each category of Huniepop has an alternate PornHub link for each video. I love it as a puzzle game, but its entire premise leads to several NSFW segments. I'd be surprised if there weren't other games already on the site like this.

Even if the run itself is legitimate, just the act of hosting it on an adult site is honestly trolling in and of itself, and nothing's forcing you to not just reject it outright on those grounds.

Don't know about Huniepop, but I won't accept any runs like that either.
