Does %100 runs need to be done in a single run?

I don't see in the rules where breaking a run into segments or not is allowed for intended %100 intensity 30. Surely you must be allowed to break it into hour long segments?

Pretty sure it's not segmented.

so the guy on the leaderboard right now did his nearly 40 hour run on intensity 30 in one go? No sleep?

Looks like there was a 2 hour break in his run where he was ostensibly sleeping.

Seems like a physically dangerous category to take part in... Even with breaks if people are implicitly encouraged to spend several hours exercising at a time....

I suppose if one wants to view it as an ultra-marathon type event.

The runs are RTA so the timer still runs as you take a break. There were talks of taking a break in the discord but I forget the timeframe of how long you have to go before break, maybe 16 hours. Breaking down into 1 hour blocks would make it stupid easy.

Easy to complete and easy to complete quickly are two separate things. As it stands, the primary accomplishment is completing a run at all.
