Hey. Lately playing HP2 and deciding to speedrun it, I noticed an FPS drop. It starts fine at capped 60, but the more I skip cutscenes (and more I play if not speedrunning), the game drops to 30, or even below, sometimes even hitting 10 or 5. I've tried compatibility options, I have 32 bit colors turned on, same thing on DX or Software. It doesn't also matter what resolution or graphic settings I play on, after a good while it just drops below 30. I'm Windows 10.
