Any chance of adding a 100% category?

like 100% kills, 100% items and 100% secrets per level kind of thing? would be fun!

Oh yeah that could be neat. I'm not entirely sure if it's possible, so if I can see proof that 100% kills/secrets is possible I'll 100% add it as a category.
