Hello, are there any Sonic CD runners here? (2011 Steam version). I'm having a lot of trouble pulling off the trick at the start of Tidal Tempest 1 where you jump over the top of the level.

Does anyone have any advice? I've came close a few times but I can't get enough height when I jump off the slope.

Edit: I've managed to get to the top of the level now (I need to be holding right after the peel out). Now how do I get back down in front of the red spring like they do in the play through?

You should take a look at http://www.soniccenter.org/ also, since it's where most sonic stuff is (Time Attack, ILs, Score Attack, and so on)
