hey guys, I want to start speedrunning, but i don't know which game i'll do, and I don't have much games for speedrun, and I don't have a controller, so i don't know if this will disturb me

It's a pity you don't have a controller for speedrunning, but sometimes some speedrunners use keyboard of their notebooks or PC for speedrunning mode. Of course, some people used to handle much better using original controllers and/or alternative controllers for a better performance of attempts.

Lots of games can be played with keyboard only or keyboard + mouse.
