Timing and boards.

It has been brought to my attention that we have some different timing methods on the boards. I will therefore be making the rules more clear "timer stops when Bosc cut scene is activated", this is as soon as Blasto starts moving into position thus the scene is activated.

Personally this is a more sensible way of timing runs, and makes sense within completion of the game. So I will therefore be checking over all runs on the board in my spare time, and retiming them to make sure they are accurate. If anyone has any problems you may post here and discuss about it, please keep it chill.

United States

The timing starts on first point of control of Blasto (first input) and end's upon the loss of control of Blasto (final input) which can very clearly and obviously be seen here by this yellow flash which always happens as Bosc's space ship is exploding https://imgur.com/a/QZgHbkj

You lose control of Blasto exactly one frame after this flash. As for the start, it would be after hitting start game initially, and then when the game screen loads after the black loading screen.

This is standard RTA timing, and the timing will remain this way so that there are absolutely no discrepancies in end game timing.

I will look into that when I get chance, and see if your timing method is the way to go. We all need to be timing our runs the same so it's accurate.
