Hey guys,

I thought I would take a little time to write a rather late introduction about myself. So yeah here goes.

As some of you probably noticed, I'm a new full mod on SRC and enthusiastic to help out! You might have seen my name around a lot more past few days as well as more in the future ofcourse but also probably in the past under a different name. I used to go by the nickname "DarK" but due to multiple reasons I very recently decided to change that to something more of my liking.

I have been speedrunning for about 4 years now. I started with Banjo Tooie Any% in 2015 and in 2016 I grew a significant interest in Souls games eventually leading me to picking up Dark Souls III the same year. The following years of being active in "SpeedSouls", the Souls community for speedrunning, I spent a lot of time editing and adding content to the Dark Souls III section of the Wiki of SpeedSouls as well as moderating the leaderboards after we decided to port these to SRC.

The later years my speedrunning interest extended even further leading me to pick up speedruns of DOOM 2016, Bioshock Infinite, Shadow of the Colossus and Unreal Tournament. As of right now I have not been speedrunning much myself lately but with Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice coming out in a few days I am very excited on the game is as well as how the speedrun is going to play out and future progression.
