Heya, I recently submitted a run to https://www.speedrun.com/baku_baku_animal/full_game and wanted my run to be verified by the moderator. After a few hours of waiting I discovered they were inactive on speedrun.com (inactive for a year) but I was luckily able to reach out to them on twitch. I asked them if they could go and verify my run, but they told me that they were fully inactive. They said (and I quote) "I highly recommend requesting ownership/claiming leaderboard is abandoned so that in future someone who is active can take care of it." So... I am requesting ownership for the game Baku Baku Animal https://www.speedrun.com/baku_baku_animal/full_game

@duervelo77 You do not meet the contact requirements, nor do you have e-mail authentication enabled. Also, I want to wait a week before giving you moderation status as you are locked out of some site features due to your account only being a day old.
Game: Clive Barker's Undying
I've submitted a run for the game 3 weeks ago and I've also reached out the the moderator of the game (I've added him both on discord as well as sending him a message) without much luck.
As I currently have a pending WR score it might be conflict of interest. However, I wouldn't mind moderating the game as I do have a great understanding of the game & speedrun/mechanics behind it.
I submitted a run for The Dropper Minecraft Map (https://www.speedrun.com/mcm_dropper/full_game) over 3 weeks ago. One of the moderators hasn't been online in 10 months, and I haven't been able to contact the other moderators since they don't allow messages on Discord or Twitter.
Similarly to the previous post on this forum, I do have a pending WR, which could be a conflict of interest, but I would be interested in moderating the game since its a small game and all of the current mods moderate a bunch of other games in addition to this one.
So, it's been about a week since I have contacted the mod. So may I please get mod for Escape Room and remove the current inactive super mod.
Hello, I'd like to be added as moderator for two games.
The games are GROW nano ver.0 / vol.1 and GROW ver.1. These games have the same two mods however neither of them have been online for over 3 months. The normal mod for these games I have not been able to contact through any of their linked socials. Howdy im the moderator of Muumit series and a runner sent me a message that the moderator of Muumit Piilosilla PerC https://www.speedrun.com/user/PerC hasnt been online on the site for two months. i tied to contact them but their twitch link on their profile links to a 404 page, the discord tag doesnt exist and the steam link goes to someone completely differents profile (PerC is finnish and the steam account has no finnish anywhere and has written some reviews in german(?)) and of course i cant contact him trough the on site dms because he hasnt been on the site for 2 months. edit: im also not in any servers with anyone who has a similiar tag to his src name
so yeah i request to be moderator of https://www.speedrun.com/muumit_piilosilla because the mod hasnt been online for 2 months and is uncontactable

I would like to apply for moderator privileges for the above game. I have been waiting for a month to post a new world record for this game, but the super moderator is not logged in and has not confirmed it. I then posted it on Steam, which is the only contact for the moderators, and waited for a week, but received no response. I know it's not a good idea to check the world record yourself, but since this game depends more on luck than technique, it's easy to understand why you were fast by looking at the stage.
