There should be Tut% and NoTut%. When you die in the game for the first time instead of starting at the tutorial, you start after it. This should be a speedrun because you can save time on the run by completing attacks earlier and also healing as little as possible.

A casual playthrough of the fight takes about 8-10 minutes from various playthroughs, but there are quite a few strategies to save time/optimize the run (fast menuing, ACT and fight choices for each turn, strategies for Scampton's attacks like his third one), so I do believe this fangame could be added as a speedrun game.
The runs would be separated into Any% FIGHT/SPARE Routes and NoHit% FIGHT/SPARE Routes, due to the fact that enabling No Hit in the Extras menu skips Scampton's in-battle dialogue, saving a few frames.
