I fuck up this jump 4/5 times. I always jump in the same time (on words 'You know...') but sometimes it's doesnt work. If someone can explain me what the best time to jump then please help me.
I'm going to assume you already know how to jump on the marker. The timing is fairly simple. When Lance starts apologizing, then jump.
E: Or jump at "Sorry" (It's been a while since I did that jump).

I think you're supposed to jump at 'I'm sorry', and if you're still on the platform you can try to spam jump during the "asset completed" cutscene.
