How to use Livesplit while filming on Nintendo Switch
Hello, I am new to speedrunning (I have only done 2 runs.) I am wanting to speedrun a number of games on my Switch, how do I set up Livesplit while I film with a capture card?
You need to use a program which can display video from multiple sources at once and encode it into a single video. The most recommended software for this by far is OBS Studio--you'll want to set up a Window Capture for LiveSplit and a Video Capture Device for your capture card on the canvas.
