Yes, that is a good capture card. You can probably find them cheaper than retail price if you look for them used or refurbished if a new one is out of your price range.

elgato has a 2 second delay so if you were to use splits keep that in mind.

@kcaj The HD60s and every PCIe model have mere frames of delay because it doesn't use USB 2.0

The elgato hd60 S is where you want to be, it does require usb 3.0, but if your mobo has a 3.1(type C) it is even better, or you can pick up the pciexpress elgato but its 100.00 more.

I use a AVerMedia GC573 myself for switch capture and i can say so far im am extremely happy with it. Running it through Xsplit, it doesnt have any perceivable input lag and captures in good quality.
