The most recent record video doesn't clip through the half pipe though. It uses the side of the half pipe to propel into the air. I was trying the turn skip when I clipped through the half pipe

I did it too! Can you at least name after me calling it the "PikaPlayer Strat"? Nobody has named it a proper name yet. Should someone make a Discord server that has people trying to replicate this? I think I will.
I just made the Discord server, and I want people to try to find an optimal route in order to do this frequently.
Dude are you aware that posting 3 or 4 consecutive messages in 2 topics in less than a hour, with little to no information within, is extremely annoying ? Do you know there's a Edit button that lets you magically modify your posts ?
Also, do you know that noone ever names a trick after a random dumbass who "discovered" it at a time when it was already known for years ? For real though, I don't get how you can even hope to be taken seriously when you consider naming the trick after you as a due when the post directly before yours states that the same thing happened 6 years back. I mean, if right in the middle of a maths conference, I start yelling "hey listen I just found that you always have A²=B²+C² in a right triangle, can you at least name that after me ?", everyone's gonna be like "Who's this idiot, can someone kick him out ?". This is exactly the reaction I've had when I read your posts, and I'm pretty sure that I'm far from being the only one.
I'm new to these forums and I just wanted to have proof that the shortcut can be performed by more than one person. I'm sorry for the stupid name because I saw many skips and strats being named after people.
Mario Also, there's something that I would like to explain. When I originally created this forum post in 2016, I did not know if someone had done this before or not. I was not claiming to have found a new strat, but rather asking if this shortcut had been done before, and how it works. Since Lafungo remembered that it was done in 2012, this is neither of our strats to claim to our name. The creator of the strat probably had come up with a name for it, and if he had not, he would probably rather the strat remain nameless.
