Yup

My approach can be wild, but can I be a translator ? (This time I'm serious)

Antarctica

You’d have to ask site staff, but I don’t know if they are actively looking for any more translators right now. There haven’t been any updates recently on the translation (other than it being available for donators right now) so idk what kinda help they might need.
There haven’t been any updates recently on the translation
That's mostly because making something available for the translation is quite some work, so it goes a bit slow.

On a sidenote: If someone (Pac, or ROMaster2) could think about adding translation support to game titles and ILs/Categories, that'd be neat-o! some games have localized titles not just limited to jp/west, for example Pokkén Tournament being Pokémon Tekken in germany. or most of the pokémon games, really.
