I see a lot of Ng+ glitchless runners utilizing the rocket pistol quite a bit during their runs. Since I don't actually have it, would it make a significant difference in time for me to have it?
Also would getting the movement speed bonus from the dukes kitchen make much of a difference?
With my current best being 1:46:00, would I see much improvement from those two things?
Speed bonus is a must for NG+. It gives 8% increased speed which doesn't sound like much but it definitely makes a difference.
Rocket pistol will definitely help you get through the run faster, and it is especially good for factory where you can use it to blow up the lights on doors faster than with the grenade launcher, which is very slow to reload.
Rocket pistol is also faster for the padlocks you have to shoot off of various doors and ladders because you don't have to aim as accurately as with other weapons because the rocket pistol splash damage is quite wide.
Basically NG is a brand new game starting from the main menu. New Game + is starting a new game by loading a completed game from your save list. New Game + has all your guns, ammo, etc that you've accumulated in previous runs on that save, while New Game is starting from scratch.

I don’t have an Xbox, but on PlayStation if you live-stream to YouTube it will automatically upload the video.

Once you stream your run, make sure to create a highlight of the run and submit THAT, not the original twitch VOD. Twitch deletes vods after 14 days (or 30 if you have Prime), but highlight videos will stay on your twitch channel permanently.
