You submit a run, and then a mod looks at it to ensure the run is legitimate, up to standards, and the information is correct.

That run looks like pc, those loading screens are just waaay to fast

If it is PC it will be rejected.

Are you doing anything special for it to be loading so quickly because my fastest run (console any%) is a 2:51 with 56 seconds of loading screens which is very annoying

Switch has really slow loads. Xbox and PS4 are fairly fast
