Can we get new catagory added for Deadly Premonition Origins. I downloaded and played it for a bit, it seems to be the same as directors cut with a few minor tweaks and way faster load times. I plan on running it once I get a HDMI capture card.
It's not the Director's Cut? That's surprising. I was waiting to play it until it gets patched. Lots of audio issues reported. Hopefully it doesn't crash all the time like the PC version.
It runs better than any other version except the horrible audio issue. It seems to be caused by audio tracks overlapping like soundtrack + dialog + soundfx. Sometimes it will cause the game to be completely silent other times only one or two tracks will play. On the plus side reloading a save always seems to fix it, until it happens again at least.
Are we going to get this added as a category or a new game or something? This mod hasn't been online in 3 months. Someone may want to hit them up or request another mod be added.
Hey guys, saw the buzz with origin and also we already gave a run submission for the new category, haven't played the new version as of yet but from the looks of it, it's a nice break from the two games. I'll add a new slot for it some time this week. Also grats to punchy for his run!
