I think you need to have submitted a run for the game to be able to add resources, could be wrong though.

Which one would I add it to? Tools? Splits?

Will do, just asked KZ to upload two more that are needed, ??? and F?. After that I'll upload them there :)

The splits and icons have now been added in combined zips in the resources.
