Does taking the teleport in the Koopa the quick star count as a skip?

No. Sorry for never clarifying this, but skips only include major glitches that skip a large portion of the level. The only one known right now is the wall climbing glitch, which can be seen in the 5 Star and 7 Star category runs. Intended "skips" like the wall and flower teleporters are allowed in No Skips.

If it makes is easier to understand, "No Skips" means "Glichless"
