Hello! I've wanted to start speed running for ages, for several reasons.

1. I find it cool to watch people go through games super quick, and want to do it myself.

2. I Only play a small amount of games, and i want to expand the range of games i play.

3. I find it fun trying to beat me / others!

I need games to speedrun, but all the popular games are old games, which dont allow emulators. meaning i'd need to buy an old device just to play them. Does anyone know of any games, that are on PS4 or PC, or that is allowed emulators. that is good for speedrunning?

If you have PSPlus, there's the Monster Hunter World Iceborne Beta going on right now, (or starting on the 28th if you don't have PSPlus) Monster Hunter is generally pretty fun to play fast, as getting better at it in general & speedrunning go hand in hand.

If you want to invest the time, any Zelda game is fun & certain emulators are allowed on most of them.

for PC, I could recommend Divinity: Original Sin 2, CrossCode & Disgaea 2.

on pc you have the gta games they're fun to play and you don't need to buy an old pc for old ones. personally i'd recommend VC any% nossu ))
