There could potentially be more things (never say never), but very unlikely for some time. The game has many eyes on it, and has for a long time. But its not entirely impossible to say everything has been found just yet..

Incredible all the same to have a game so buggy which nevertheless takes place normally in casual.

I believe baba hess could do the trick, as far as i know i hasnt been done in WR runs yet, but who knows if theres more to be discovered, maybe some GIM optimization or someway or some big fast-movement bug, but it feels very unlikely at this point

3 different things could be huge.

Unrestricted items in boss rooms (without having to do something stupid) could change things. You could pokey escape, get ocarina, return to Deku and use ocarina on blue warp instead of OI.

If someone found a way to put a full bottle in Link's hand without dropping/catching we could skip bugs and potentially OI with blue potion, saving a few minutes from not having to leave and re-enter Deku.

If there was a reasonable way to manipulate the wrong warp table, we could wrong warp directly to the END of collapse instead of the beginning... or to the credits.

in terms of any% the closest thing I think is if you could move while learning epona's song you could enter talons house while learning it causing a wrong warp. It is done here with cheats

in terms of the game as a whole we are always finding small things.

One of the last major glitches found though was equip swap which allows you to equip adult times as child and vice versa. This was found like 6 months ago.
