So it seems that there are some runs with 0:01 seconds in chapter 2. The recording is basically a rickroll but with reko but im not sure if they count. Can someone awnser this? Thanks in advance.

Edit: The video is named "get down reko" (i had seen it before this) but i felt like rickroll was the best way to put it.

Those are for the chapters that are associated with certain choices and such chapters that have those 1 sec runs refer to some choices that are impossible to combine. For example in chapter 2-1, you can only choose Reko or Alice so you can't do a run for 2-1 that has for example Reko and Sou. Hope I explained it correctly for you.

Numulix is correct, the 0:01 runs are for unachievable runs, such as Massacre ending during 2-1.
