how do i do this consistent fly glitch. ik the catapult one but it can sometimes take several minutes

Jump into the seat then leave it straight after, then jump in again right after you left, and then jump out of the catapult. Jump in, out, in and then out again fast essentially. i hope it worked, this should be quite consistent.
