Hi, I am pretty new to this speed running thing and am looking for some speedrunning games that wouldn't take too long or maybe some basic things for me to start with.

i tend to think the shorter the game the more critical timing is some easy games can be hard to do
the 10 goals in one period for NHL 94 snes is pretty manageable big placement board too i wish they had a sega slot

Some games that are pretty popular (and somewhat easy to learn) are 'Super Mario 64' and 'Super Mario Sunshine'. Although speedrun a game that you yourself love!
