I would like to run Any% but I haven't seen any guides for glitches and skips, would really appreciate some guidance

The route for Any%, since it's so short, you can just watch a run. For the glitch itself, this is the only guide that we use, http://redcandle.us/Zelda_II:_The_Adventure_of_Link/The_Healer_Glitch

You can also watch RBO, NG+ runs to see the glitch in action. There are the "No Healer Glitch" categories here, https://www.speedrun.com/zelda2ce which means it just lets you in to Glitch Town via Darunia town instead of performing the Ruto town Healer glitch.
