I am confused about the Eye of Eden section of a full game run especially the torture room. How does the timing work for that since (for as far as I have gotten) you have to lose all winged lights to get to the afterlife?

You can choose the timing for Eden in a full game run, I just have my splits, I split Eden when I turn into a spirit.
