Timer Glitch?

Hey everyone. Long time Spyro fan, new to speedrunning the game. Been doing runs of Country Speedway and noticed my time was beat so I got back to it. I have now gotten 2 recorded runs in which the timer clearly stops at 48.0 flat, but the results screen says my time was 49. I don't know what is causing this, or if these runs would be accepted. Not sure if this has been mentioned at all so I wanted to bring attention to it.

Edit: Even after restarting the game the issue persists. I thought it may be due to how many restarts I had done because an even glitchier run happened, so I closed the application and restarted. This time I ended the run on 48.0 flat and the results screen said 48.9. I'm going to put all of these glitched runs into one video to show exactly what I mean.

Edit #2: So upon further inspection of the videos the timer is counting up from 48 seconds, but after hitting 48.9 shows 48.0, which I assume is actually 48.10 or 49. Very bizarre. I can still upload the runs if anyone is interested.

The time that it shows in the result screen is the accurate one. Not sure what causes the glitch or how to prevent it, but runs will be accepted based on the time in the result screen.

Thank you for the reply! I edited the post, turns out the counter in game was counting up from 48 and after 48.9 it shows 48.0 briefly and pauses on it, and then the result screen shows the real time. Really weird.

Coveless in Any% NBS Rule Change

After a lot of discussion, we have decided to ban the use of coveless in Spyro 1 Any% NBS, and create a miscellaneous category called Any% NBS 1.0 for the runs that currently use it. It's been a tough decision, and not one that we're really happy with, but we believe that its best for the fairness a
