Right, so at about 3:45 in the run, the nut goes flying off the screen and then the key drops. Glitch or luck? https://www.speedrun.com/run/mekjk6qm
glitch, you make your cursor going out of the "range" of the game and glitching out the nut.
Ok so with further research i found out that if you take the nut with is lower pixel, you can make it go the the squirrel without changing screen wich can save up to 2 sec Nice found you had, I hope it will be used more :D

Tried it again, not very reliable. As of now, it's faster and more reliable to just go up.
Once the ball dissapeared of the screen in Breakout at my runs. Just wanted to mention this glitch. It doesnt save time, practicly ruins your run.

Thats happened to me a lot actually. I squish the ball between the paddle and the wall and then the ball reappears after maybe 5 secs. Definitely a run killer.
At mine it reapeared in 40s. I guess it is random due to where it dissapeares.
