As a drifted joycon user i am wondering if it is possible to speedrun with them got any routes for drifted joycon users?
I would just use the normal route, Joycon Drift wouldn't really make us change route. Luckily for Odyssey, you can really change the route however you want.
I recommend some kind of begginer route, as any advanced one would be hard to follow due to the amount of precise inputs you have to make and Joycon drift would just make it harder to pb
I would not do any routes with much cap bounces because half of the time mario turns in the air and dives away from cappy
That is literally 90% of the run
I feel you man, but I don't think you can do much without a pro controller or at least repairing your joycons
Honestly, my last pb had really bad drift and i still run with really bad drifted joycons. You can do the regular routes with drift, just gotta make sure you are careful with where mario is facing at certain times of the run, and figure out where certain parts of your runs are really affected by the drift, then change your route as you see fit. That or buy a pro con. Do NOT make the same mistake as me and buy another joycon PepeLaugh
@DiagonalMario Switch Pro Controllers were around $70 on launch, but here's an Ebay link for one for $40 https://www.ebay.com/itm/293688926997?hash=item4461396315:g:HwYAAOSwgiZfY3DT
give up, flee the country, change your name, remove every phone contact, or get a job and save up enough for a procon, shouldent take too long with a minimum wage job
I mean you could probably just get a job and not worry about all the other stuff but yea KEKW
