Hi! I was wondering if there could be a 'no pikmin deaths' category? I already wanted to try and beat the game on my own with no deaths, but I thought a speedrun category could be fun!
maybe a category which is Any% + all the mission mode stages and the side stories
A 100% Story Mode category where it collects All the fruits, Data Files, Suit Upgrades, and all of the monsters in the Piklopedia.
This may sound really weird but how about a Any% Blindfolded? Like where you can't see anything but have to hear and know where what is.
I got another Idea. How about Low Pikmin Any% or Low Pikmin All Fruits? That was also in Pikmin 3 Category Extensions.
Got another Idea. How about Orange Juice%. Timing Starts upon selecting „land“ on day 2 and ends when you are in the juice menu before drinking juice. I’ve made an run too, you can see it here.
Can you add Co-op for Grow Pikmin, 500 overall? Recorded a run for that, but realized that its not possible to submit 2 players for it.
A category where you must kill one of each pikmin type. Through Enemies, Bomb Rocks, or Hazards, (No Sunset, Glitches, or any other death method I am unaware of). No causing extinctions (must get more than one blue and winged before you kill one). Timing starts when you land on day 2 and ends when you have killed one of every pikmin type. Glitches are allowed as long as they are not used to kill pikmin. Sorry for the length I just wanted to get this idea out of my head.
A category where you build every bridge and destroy every wall. Timing starts when pressing land on day 2 and ends when you defeat plasm wraith. no gameplay restrictions.
The Bingo Battle Categories should have a Co-Op option where you work with someone to get the job done faster.
A Speedrun that starts on Day 2 (with all 21 pikmin) when you press land. You have to get 100 pikmin on the field without having any deaths. After that you must kill all 100 without any other deaths. Once the 100th Pikmin dies, the timer stop. I am fine with changing the rules in basically any way. Speedrun through the main story and two side stories? Both glitch and glitchless perhaps? (as well as solo and co-op obviously)
glitch already exists (regular run). there is no oob category for all fruits and any%. side stories have very little to no glitches so i see no point there. co op maybe could be added but thats a bit extreme
i mentioned this on the main forum but any% tutorial skip. time starts when selecting an area for day 2 and ends when plasm wraith is defeated
rules timer starts after selecting the 1st stage any order is ok no under gold scores timing ends when what ever your running is complete
