Why did these runs best the thresholds for video proof when they don't have videos of proof?

All of these but two were submitted before the proof rules were updated (it used to be that only the top 5 runs or so for each category required proof), and we don't retroactively deny runs based on changing proof standards. I've updated the Game Rules to make this more clear. A couple of those were erroneously accepted, though, so thanks for bringing those to our attention. I've gone through and fixed that as well.
