ive scoured the internet for about 10 minutes now, and the only thing I can find is ninja senki dx. where do i get the original game???

…I honestly don’t know. There used to be an official site but I guess that’s been replaced with DX now.

This is a year late reply to this topic, but the original game is on the developer's website for Ninja Senki even though said website is advertising Ninja Senki DX as of November 2020. It's listed in the bottom left of the front page before the screenshots for the DX version are displayed. It is linked in text on a red background. The page has been in this format for numerous years up until the current day. http://ninjasenki.com/
