I am a super mod in the game "The Trash Pack" and I submitted a few runs in our new categories yesterday and it is taking a lot longer then usual to submit them. I think it's a glitch my friend also submitted a few runs yesterday and his runs aren't submitting either.

This is a known issue, which is why the site currently states "Note: newly submitted or approved runs may take a few minutes to appear. Thanks for your patience!" at the bottom of all leaderboards.

Yeah I know but last time it took only 5 minutes but it has been 2 days now.

Because there's an issue with it, how long it takes for them to show up is not consistent and can vary greatly

That doesn't seem like the case here. Runs can take some time to show up on the leaderboard, but:

1. Not THAT long time after submissions
2. You can see the new runs if you change the filters in the leaderboard, but it doesn't work.

That's the thing, your runs in "The Trash Pack" don't show at all, no matter how you filter the leaderboard. You can maybe try reporting this again in the "site bugs" thread, or in the "site-bugs" channel in the sr.c discord.

I submitted a run 6-7 days ago that I verified right away, and it took only 2 hours to appear. Do you think it could possible just be talking really long?

I don't think so. I also had runs (either verified runs of mine, or runs I verified for others) that took some time to show up in the leaderboard; but again, they all showed up eventually after several minutes, and those runs could be shown immediately if you change the filters.

This is not your case here. Your runs exist, we can get them through your profiles, but they don't show on the leaderboard at all.

I’ve got no clue on how to fix this. I’ll talk to the other mod and we’ll figure it out.

Issue fixed. Just had to delete the category and re-add it. Luckily the category isn’t super popular because that would be a mess
