What is the significance of February 15th?
In wartabs guide (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1YeDQ2aDdD8-dGbKUjqYi4LOMEJYsi_V6H6fqGQ9Zoi8/edit) On of the first notes is to "Set your console date and time so it’s 15th February after Weather Institute."
but as far as i can tell the guide never elaborates on this, and it dosnt have any explanation behind why.
can someone enlighten me?
