I submitted a runs a few days ago and today I wanted to see if she had been approved and curiously she was deleted :(

Liv's link works. Your run is pending approval. it's only been 3 days since you submitted it, still a very normal timeframe.
Based on the other threads of people reporting similar things, I think this is a result of the site update. The run still exists (as Liv proved), it's just not shown in your pending actions. Staff seems to know about it and be in the process of fixing the issue.
Oh, now I know what's happening. My pending runs haven't been showing for Tetris haven't been showing. Now I know why
I freaked out about my submitted records not showing up as well. Good to know it's something being worked on.

there is a runner friend who told me the same thing that his run had been removed for no reason, that the site had surely problems...Ok
but my post on the forum was also about calculating loading of my run, the moderator did not tell me about it and still did not calculate the loading time,it's strange for a World Record :(
