Hey guys it's Dr.84 here. I wanted to ask what are the rules as far as running this game (Can I use Capsules? What level do I have to be? Does it matter what system I play on? etc) . I plan on steaming my runs so I don't want to break any rules or violations.

For Any% you have to start with New Game (Doesn't have to be a new save so you can equip any capsule you wish) on a character that has had their levels reset.
Capsules can be preset so you can just jump right into the run. (except Broly since he always has no capsules from a new game)
Any capsule can be used (I wish there was a breakthrough category :,( ), any story routes can be used, any button configuration, any difficulty can be used (we all use the easiest mode even though I wish there was a Z3 category)
The time starts from when you select the character to when you get the last hit on the last opponent of the selected characters' story.
The only difference between Any% and NG+ is that you can be any level (e.x. lvl 99) when you start the run.
P.s. PS2, 360, PS3 and Emulator Runs are all excepted, the Vanilla, Greatest Hits, and HD Collection Versions of the game are all excepted as well.
