This is on the All Stars version, and BBG won't save time because that's all you get out of it, the flag coming down skip but you still have to wait for the bullet and you still have to walk to the castle. That is the best result you can get out of the bullet bill, so you can just call it BBG. If you don't like that you can call it BBFPG (Bullet bill flagpole glitch) or Half BBG or something like that.

In my opinion it's BBG, but maybe I don't have enough knowledge about this game to judge. It doesn't save time though, because you walk into the castle, so it's Half BBG, like Lul_ecks_dee said.
