When they are being sarcastic, they never put a "clue" indicating that it was sarcasm and they expect people to understand that they were being sarcastic.

"Totally" is usually an indicator of sarcasm unless Gyoo normally uses that speech pattern

have you tried reaching out to the mods on social media? If you haven't, try that first, wait a week, then ask again. .
EDIT: Strawberry Milk moderates the Nascar game you are talking about and was online a day ago. Have patience. Melon on the other hand does not have social media links. So i suggest waiting a week or two and then ask again for that game. Also, moderators have lives too so don't be surprised if some mods take a week or two to get around to runs at times. it isn't ideal but you have to have patience

I kindly request to be a mod for Sonic 2 2013 (https://www.speedrun.com/Sonic_2_2013/full_game) because I have a lot of knowledge on the game, and execute speedruns on that game extremely well. The modern remakes play completely different to the Genesis versions, so can the mods please consider it. I would also be able to look over speedruns on that game more often, since it is one of my main games.

someone needs to mod P.N 03. there is only one mod and he put my runs into the wrong categories. i ran the game multiple times using the blackbird suit and he placed my runs into the papillon% categories which is entirely the wrong category. the moderator does not know how to even work the edit tools and i am certain that he doesnt really know that much about the game because if he did, he would have not just thrown my runs anywhere and made new categories every time i came out with a new technique. i have messaged him on twitter and on the P.N 03 forum and he will not respond to me, even though it shows him to be online. im not here to ask for moderation but if no one will mod P.N 03 then i would like to volunteer because the data shown for that leaderboard are incorrect and i can prove it.
How long has it been since you tried to message him? An hour? A day? A week? Two months?
Timelines helps the site mods and full mods understand severity. :)
