Agreed. I don't see any mention of the version 1.0/1.1 differences on here either.

Prenz submitted his last dozen or so scores to Cyberscore yesterday, now he's top of both the leaderboard and medal table:

as much as I'll say is I prefer how speedrun.com is run to cyberscore. I've stopped using it because of how easy it is to submit fake scores with no proof.

Fake score without proof? A bit like 5th place time here: https://www.speedrun.com/NES_Remix/Remix_I

Clicking the actual score and seeing how long ago it was approved and who by is even more damning.

You're the moderator here and have chosen to copy Cyberscore's proof policy pretty much identically. The only difference is, on Cyberscore I (or any other member) could report that blatantly fake score. And there is a whole team of staff to deal with it. Here, we are completely reliant on you to spot it and deal with it.

Hi DarQ. Nice to see you around :)

If you think any scores on Cyberscore are fake, you are perfectly welcome to report them using the site's report system! That's exactly what it's there for! We take reported scores very seriously and handle our investigations promptly, so you should see a resolution very quickly. Are there any specific scores or users that are egregiously fake that we haven't noticed? The NES Remix boards actually get scoured fairly regularly because Prenz is a very astute fake-spotter, so I'd be surprised if any had slipped through. Let us know!

@Mandalore there was a problem a while ago when we did not have mod verification turned on, so anyone could submit a score with no one checking it (before I got mod) and people would spam the board with false runs, I guess some didn't get deleted after the change.

@TemperGrace I understand the report feature on CyberScore is for scenarios like this, however I feel like if there is mod verification to the games then we could eliminate the middle man of the whole thing by getting rid of fake runs right away, And no, there are none that I can think of that were fake (it's been a while since I used the site and I mostly used it for atari/gameboy scores) I just feel like there are better ways to prevent false scores from going up to begin with.
