Seriously, it looks a mess. All the individual cups and racks need to go in to the ILs board with different categories for speed (sub, super and hypersonic) with the full League and full game split with 3 categories in the same way as the ILs, and really, since most people will just run hypersonic have the slower speeds be misc categories unless multiple people run them. Then the leaderboards actually look ok instead of this mess it is now. It's like a spider was squashed, to be frank

The MK8 boards have a global filter for 150cc / 200cc, so perhaps you could do the same here for sub/super/hyper-sonic.

Then you could probably have skips & no-skips categories for the IL boards if people want that.

I agree. Single tracks definitely need to go to the IL section and single cup runs are not really worth their own category ( maybe only in the IL section if you really want it ). So we can have all cups in all 3 different speeds (and maybe subsonic and supersonic as misc cat ). As the game has more content though, you could also make all tracks hero mode or TA mode, even though they will be quite similar, so we might cut something out there or make them misc cats as well. Another thing that will probably be brought up is a some sort of no skips category as multiple major skips have already been discovered, which should at least be discussed, if it's worth it's own category.

I'm willing to clean this up and do it till another runner wants to take up a place, and I say it that way as though I'm tempted to do ILs I'm not dead set on it yet

@E_Dragon: I guess we can try to ask the current Mod to clean up this mess/assign a new/additional Mod before we ask a Site-Mod instantly for something like that.

You could probably do it in level leaderboard where each level is a cup and then theres all the types of cups. I could do that for you

@TheCrazyCroco: I don't really understand what you mean, but I agree that the IL leaderboard needs a good structure.

So you can list up every single of the 16 tracks as an individual level and then make 3 subcats for each level for all the 3 different speeds and add every single cup as it's own level, so that means 20 levels with 3 subcats each. But 20 levels are a bit too much imo.

A better solution IMO is to list every cup + speed (ordered by the speed) and have every single track as a subcat and the whole cup itself, so that would mean 12 levels with 5 subcats each.

You could also only have a level for each cup, but that means 4 levels and 15 subcats each, which would look bad again.

However the most important thing to do now is to get a moderator that cleans up this mess now. I don't care if it's the current mod or someone else.

I'd rather have single cups in the IL section, because that would make 12 separate speedrun categories alone and that's too much for my taste. Single cup runs seem more like an IL to me (it's not actually an IL, but it's too short). At least it's a lot better than how it was before.

Yeah, taking into account of what E_Dragon said, that mockup is perfect Lighnat0r. Hopefully we hear from either the current mod, or from site mod sooner rather than later.
