Hey there,

I don't think its malicious but somebody is using the name inthelittlewoods and has registered my twitch name on their profile first and posted the time I got today for Splatoon.

Proof of identity: https://twitter.com/InTheLittleWood/status/615238504549847040

If somebody could help me with this I'd very much appreciate it.

I told Sgt. Kabukiman and pac about it. Btw, you should delete your Best Segments in the Run Editor. Since today's route was a bit different than yesterday's route, your best segments will be wrong and that will confuse LiveSplit in a lot of ways. So I'd suggest simply dragging your mouse cursor over all the cells in the Best Segments column and then pressing the Delete Key on your Keyboard to make them use the current run. You could do it for individual segments (in the future for example), but this time it probably makes more sense to just do it for all segments.

Well, I can ban him or simply reject the run. I would prefer the latter, as it's probably as you've mentioned not done for malicious reasons. Is that okay for you?

Well, it's not for malicious reasons, but that guy probably shouldn't impersonate him anymore in the future, which he always will with that name. So imo he should either be "renamed" (by asking probably) or just banned.

I banned him. Case hopefully closed.

Registering names to get runs up on the boards isn't an acceptable solution to a lack of functionality for suggesting runs to add for others users.

(Also adding 30th place without user request probably isn't the greatest idea. We don't really want people grabbing every run anyone ever does on Twitch.)
