I'm not sure what the problem with the video is? In what regard did OBS not work?

In any case, if OBS isn't working, my suggest would be use a different recording program such as XSplit, or whatever software might come along with your graphics card. In the event none of that works, I'd be looking into some manner of recording the screen with a camera that's good enough quality to avoid issues.

from an hour, OBS records only 1 fps and I do not understand why :-/

Around 57 minutes you get this incredible lag/delay, but the audio seems fine. (Not just the game, also the timer stops) Maybe try to output lower quality? Or maybe something went wrong while saving the video. Maybe not alot of capacity on your Hard Drive?

Like @spiderhako says, try to do a run again with different settings?

If there's lag / delay, couldn't it be because the pc isn't good enough to run everything at once ? Either way, should definitly try again with lower settings (probably lower resolution in OBS, 30 fps instead of 60, etc).

Yeah, now I see it. That is weird it works fine then lags out like that. On top of the other advice you got, I'd check your GPU load (make sure you GPU isn't getting close to 99% usage, that will more or less do that), reduce settings a bit. Might be worth checking out obsproject.com and the forum there. Might be able to get more specific trouble shooting going on.
