All CTs - when to pause?

So, in Nitro 1.0.0, there are 56 CTs. That is more than 32, so this cannot be done without pausing the timer. As such, it says it is allowed to pause the timer to allow for this route to work. I did a practice attempt of “All CTs” and realized that the game goes through a page of courses in order, e.g. if you start with Llama Circuit you’ll play the first 16 nitro CTs and then after Environment Map Cave, you’ll play Wii Luigi Circuit, not Crystal Village. On the second CT page both rows have only 12 valid CTs as well. So, I was wondering, should I do this in a 32-12-12 pattern (playing the entire first page and pausing after SNES Rainbow Road, then pausing again after Motorcat’s Dirt Dirby), or a 16-12-16-12 pattern (playing the nitro CTs first, pausing after Environment Map Cave, then pausing after Motorcat’s Dirt Dirby and playing the retro CTs and pausing after SNES Rainbow Road), or are both okay? The latter would allow for an all CTs run to also be a nitro CTs run and a retro CTs run, while the former would have fewer timer pauses. My practice run was a 32/12/12 set, but I do think a nitros-then-retros approach is closer to how a vanilla “all tracks” run would go and is thus better. I’m planning on making a real All CTs run (and share my splits if possible) but I just want to have this cleared up before I do it.

You can use any pattern, really. I think the faster pattern would be the one with less pauses though, so maybe a 32-12-12 approach is better.

Also sorry for late response, I don't receive notifications from new thread posts. I will turn them on now, just in case.
