what to do with it?

Reject his runs (you are a mod) and write this as the reason:

If you don't have a video proof, then your runs are never a WR. Please submit video next time.

It's legal, but generally bad practice. Seeing as the boards are now completely empty, I think this is actually a worse state than getting some initial times down.

Tend to agree - "It's legal, but generally bad practice."

I don't personally see anything wrong with self-verifying, but some people/boards take issue with it. Top time without a video can often be a problem. It's better if people just post videos if they have ability to do so, generically speaking.

So this shouldnt be legal too right? http://www.speedrun.com/run/yvg3xjxy also he already proved that he was able to post video of this game

Antarctica

Nope, that is horrible practice to do, especially since he's proved in the past that he can post runs. Again, there is no "legal" or "illegal" for something like this, it's like kirkq and ihavenoname said - "legal" but bad practice.

That time should definitely be taken down until a video can be provided (and looking at his YT he has a video so it shouldn't be hard for him to edit the submission to have it).

I enjoy the ruling of if you have a score in the top 5 players video proof is needed or in larger games, if you score below a certain time, that way people who have no way to record games can still run the game until they get good, then can get the things needed to run it if they so choose.

"He verify himself without a video." "No! It isn't legal."

Heh... that would explain a thing or two
