I just came onto the site and was not able to scroll down on any page. Tried with Opera and IE, didn't work with either.

Only after I logged in everything went back to normal.

Just wanted to let people know, maybe somebody can look into it.

I tried the site while being logged out, and everything was fine. You can try the site in incognito-mode on your browser. If it works, that probably means that some plugin/extension you have on the browser is interfering with the site behavior.

Then it is probably a plugin/extension as I was saying. You can try disabling them all, and then enable them one at a time to find the culprit.

(Or the cookies as Seydie said)

When you visit the website for the first time you will get a pop-up notification about the cookie settings. When you hit 'Options' and after this you hit one of the two buttons, either 'Save & Exit' or 'Accept All', you won't be able to scroll through the website anymore after a refresh. I assume when you log in, the cookies are automatically accepted.

Could you clear the cookies and check if this is the issue?
