Rejected for having sound mods?

I posted a Sacrifice WR, not hard to beat but it got rejected for having sound mods? At first it got accepted and now rejected. I removed over 163 addons to start speedrunning from casual to actually getting WR's. I hate the spas and mac-10 sound and the KF sounds make the super dope how that isn't allowed, don't ask me but then most gun texture/models should be banned because ALOT change sounds

http://imgur.com/a/Cb4p4 Rejected: "All Addons are banned except gun textures/models, survivors models and HUD

Yeah... who rejected this? Rules don't need to be adhered to so closely for a case like this, we can use discretion for obvious changes that don't affect gameplay in any way. Now, if there were sound mods on Specials or something that would make much more sense since it could potentially make them easier to hear, but a few weapon sounds are no big deal at all. Please reinstate this run, and maybe add some exceptions for weapon sound mods for the future?

The only way I can see weapon sound mods mattering is if they are purposely made silent so enemies are easier to hear? But then Closed Captions exist anyway... that would be the only case I might support a rejection.

While we're at it, I also feel the item radar should explicitly be banned as well in the rules just for clarity, because currently saying HUD mods are allowed would technically enable its use but I would argue strongly that it is an unfair advantage. Just another idea while on the subject.

Also, I may have beaten this run tonight. I admit nothing. Cough.

Spas sounds silly and the AA12 sound from killing floor is sick. So is the one for the silenced uzi, don't know if it makes it slightly louder or less loud but can't see how a run can be rejected because of a sound mod. And for the person who rejected it may speak up for himself but I just want my run up and running and if not i'll beat u at it again ^^

While we're at it, some of my submitted runs have a harmless sound add-on: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=173558747

Not trying to be a downer here, but it sure would be easier if we just asked everyone to turn off all mods/add-ons during their runs so we could stop arguing over what is considered /too much/ of a game-changing mod. They're pretty easy to turn off, and it's not THAT horrible to play the game with the original models and sounds. I do like my tank music being Scatman, but I can live without it.

i think we are good with that nah? we already talk about the addons rule multiple time on the forum so http://www.speedrun.com/l4d2/thread/wjuqc weapons sound have been allowed but it's better to disallow weapon sound

Minor rule changes/clarifications

Hey everyone, some minor changes to the rules - solely to clarify things/change wording, no rules actually "changed" (at least not in any way that will be relevant to 99.9% of people):
