hey I was wondering if we could start a new type of run the goal would just to get to benny and kill him in the fastest time (obviously) also you could add side objectives like get there with a certain amount of karma in a certain amount of time etc

that is already part of Main Quest - Yes Man (Any%) category (among others), so basically it would be an any% run but you stop at killing Benny. i seriously don't see why that would make sense.
