In "Any%" category, i want to create two sub-category : "True Any%" and "Any% Any Character". And in these ones, i want to create the sub-categorys easy, normal, hard and hardcore, like it is already.

I'm quite lost about what to do with the variables...

create the variable with the 2 values "True Any%" and "Any% Any Character", select to apply the variable only to Any% category, use as subcategory, move the variable up with the arrows to have it before the "easy, medium etc..." variable. Set all runs to default value (example True Any%), then edit the runs to move them manually if you need to move them.
