I just did about 15 levels in UV pacifist on doom 1 and forgot to click record on obs

Unfortunately it's something everyone experiences... just wait until the file becomes corrupted instead haha

I think everytime I've had this happen I ended up getting an even better time to submit.

Hell when I was doing KDITD Any% I clicked record too late and it didn't display the Skill level select

Seems like whenever I do this, it's for a potential video that would have easily broken a top record.

Was it because I forgot to click Record or was it just because I couldn't get anything else on my mind, or was it because I seem to do my best when not recording usually.... IDK but it happens to me all the time these days. So now I tend to start pre-recording around 10-30 seconds before I start the gameplay, then I just go edit after I finish so that segment at the intro and at the end of the clip is gone but up to what and when the video needs to include, without corrupting the core of the recording which is the middle part long after the intro and end segments.

The problem for me doing it like this however is the videos can't ever get verified even if they obey all rules to upload carefully. And they are declined because of one repeating excuse being I need to title or word the description correctly (whatever that entails I guess... I am very careful about how I word things like the titles and descriptions. Idk what exactly the people that verify uploads expect from my videos but for now all my uploads are going to continue being mobile games bc of my hardships irl these days still. That said, I obviously wouldn't even consider the idea of making it even harder on myself doing something more difficult than I was doing already or could have been doing. (But I still don't know wtf I should do about my uploads to come)
